Shipping & Returns

On receiving your order:  Please be careful when opening your parcel.  If you need to return it, it needs to be in a brand new, unmarked and re-saleable condition with all original tags on the product and be with the original undamaged packaging.

RETURNS POLICY:

If you need to return or exchange an item, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. T
he return period is 30 days from the delivery date of your order, anything outside of this time-frame will be at our discretion.  

We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries.

In case of manufacturing defect, or any other inquiries regarding warranty policies, please contact us.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on altered or personalized merchandise e.g jersey prints.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days and returned to the method of payment you used to make the purchase, and depending on that method used it may take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.

SHIPPING:

Once your order has been received it will be despatched either that same day or the next business day.  If there is a delay in despatching your order we will be in contact with you ASAP.  Please note as we have warehouses in Australia and NZ, some items may be coming from either warehouse and may take extra time.  Again we will be in contact ASAP if this is the case. 

If you require your order to be on a faster service please get in touch with us before despatch.

Australia:  Our standard shipping option is by Parcel Post (2-4 business days) with Australia Post or sometimes we use Sendle.  You will be provided with a tracking number when your order has been processed and has been sent.  You can check the status of your package via the Australia Post and Sendle websites.

International:  We send all international orders through Australia Post with the Economy Air service.  For this service it will take up to 10 days for delivery.  

Shipping notes:  We will not be held responsible for package delivery or delays once your order leaves our warehouse.  Please ensure your shipping details are correct before submitting your order (if going to a business address, please list name of business). If an item gets returned to us because shipping details were incorrect, you will incur the postage cost to re-send it. 

If you are not at home on delivery, please add note on placing order as it where it should be left.  We will not be held responsible for what happens to it if you are not at home to receive it.  

If you are ordering outside of Australia or NZ, you may need to check whether you have to pay further costs when importing into your country.

A Goggle box can be damaged between our door and yours, and although we package as best as we can to avoid this happening, it does happen occasionally, and we will not be held responsible for it if this happens.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We collect personal information from you, including information about your name, contact information, computer or network, interactions with us and billing or purchase information.  We collect your personal information in order to send orders to our customers and to email newsletters/special offers.  You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.  We keep the personal information we hold safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing certain staff to access it.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:

Motorcycling and other action sports are dangerous activities, which may result in injury and/or death.  Even if riders wear the appropriate protective clothing, no product can offer total protection against injury or damage of any kind to people or to property in the event of a fall, collision, impact, loss of control etc.  HoleshotMX shall not be held liable for any personal injury or damage to property while its products are being worn.  HoleshotMX provides no explicit or implicit guarantee regarding the suitability of its products for any particular use, neither does it guarantee the degree of protection that such products are capable of providing against personal injury, death or damage to property.
